TelosFlow Inc. ("TelosFlow," "we," "us," or "our") operates TelosFlow.ai and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Service.

Important Notices

EARLY STAGE: TelosFlow is an early-stage startup. Our Service is in active development and subject to significant changes.

EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES: Features may be added, modified, or removed as we develop the product.

NOT FOR SENSITIVE DATA: Do not upload highly sensitive, classified, or personally identifiable information (PII) at this time.


2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, company name, job title, role
  • Design Partner Form: Full name, company name, role/title, email address submitted via website forms
  • Contact Information: When you schedule calls via Microsoft Bookings or email us
  • Communications: Messages you send to us, feedback, and support requests
  • Payment Information (Future): Billing details (processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store credit card numbers)

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: How you interact with the website, pages visited, time spent, features explored
  • Device/Browser Information: IP address (anonymized where possible), browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: Session cookies for website functionality, analytics cookies (with consent where required)
  • Log Data: Server logs, error logs, API usage patterns (when product launches)
  • Referral Source: How you found our website (e.g., search engines, social media, direct visits)

2.3 Third-Party Services

  • Microsoft Bookings: When you schedule a call, Microsoft processes your scheduling data
  • Analytics (if enabled): We may use Google Analytics or similar services (with IP anonymization enabled)
  • Hosting Providers: Our website is hosted on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, or similar)

2.4 Do Not Track

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no industry standard for how to respond to such signals.

AI Model Training

AI Training Opt-Out

If you do not want your data used for AI model training (even in anonymized form), you may opt out by emailing legal@telosflow.ai with subject line "AI Training Opt-Out." Note that opting out may limit certain personalized features.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in these situations:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), analytics tools, AI/ML service providers, payment processors. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Third-Party AI Services: We may use third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to power features. Your data may be sent to these services for processing. We use enterprise agreements where available.

  • Active Accounts: We retain your data while your account is active
  • After Deletion: We may retain data for up to 90 days in backups after account deletion
  • Aggregated Data: Anonymized/aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and AI training
  • Legal Holds: Data subject to legal requirements may be retained longer

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and operational constraints)

Note: As an early-stage startup, our data management systems are still developing. We'll do our best to accommodate requests, but some processes may be manual.

  • Right to delete your personal information
  • Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data)
